This notice explains how SATOME LIMITED handles personal data collected through satome.group.
Who is responsible
The controller is SATOME LIMITED, a private limited company registered in Cyprus under number HE 479711.
Registered office: 24 Gialtas Street, Agios Nikolaos, 3100 Limassol, CyprusFor anything about your data, write to privacy@satome.group.
What we collect
- What you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company or project, the topic you choose and your message.
- Technical data your browser sends when you open the site: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request (server logs).
Giving us your details is voluntary, but without a name and an email address we cannot reply. The site uses Google Tag Manager for analytics only after you accept cookies in the banner; until then nothing is set, and you can decline. We run no advertising cookies and make no automated decisions about you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and follow it up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where you ask about our services, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the correspondence that follows are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you and then deleted. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider only as long as it needs them to run and secure the site.
Who receives it
Your data goes only to providers that process it on our behalf: our hosting provider (Cloudflare, which serves this site), our email provider, and Telegram, through which enquiries from the contact form reach our team. If you accept cookies, Google also receives usage data through Google Tag Manager; until then the site loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, for processing to be restricted and for a copy in a portable format. You can also object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to privacy@satome.group; we reply within one month.
If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, we update this page; the date at the top shows the current version.
