How it is built

• Money and rules live in code. The wallet, ledger, wagering, bonus eligibility, risk and limits are deterministic services. The AI reasons about them and calls them through audited tools; it does not replace them.
• Every capability exists three times: as a screen, as an API and as a tool for the AI agent.
• Everything is audited: who started an action, a person or the AI, what data was used, what changed, and what happened after.

The operating loop

The platform runs one loop: observe, notice, explain, propose, execute, measure. Deterministic detectors read across payments, withdrawals, risk, bonus abuse, player states, support, chat, affiliates and loyalty. A scan calls no model: only a finding the numbers cannot settle is marked for one, inside a daily budget, and without a budget it waits for a person. Humans set the strategy, the limits and the approval boundaries.

Autonomy is a permission, not a switch

Every tool has an autonomy level. Anything that writes stays at level 3, execution with approval, until a policy says otherwise; level 4 has to be granted explicitly, with a limit on the amount or the number of players. Moving money to a player, changing a player's ability to play, messaging a live player and touching responsible-gambling limits never go above level 3. Read the five levels.
